Designed Here in Miami
Every piece starts as a sketch in our Miami studio — the hoops, the chains, the name necklaces, all of it. Then it's made by hand, to order, in that same studio.
A custom necklace is made after you order it, which is why it takes a few days and why nobody else has one. Names, initials, birthstones, engraved bars, hearts and coordinates — cut and set to what you send. 18K gold vermeil over solid sterling silver, or gold plated, gold, silver or rose gold, 14 to 20 inches, from $37.
What we make is customization within set styles — your name, your initials, your stones, your font, your length. That is not the same as bespoke, where a jeweller designs a one-off piece from scratch, which starts in the hundreds and takes weeks. If you want a specific existing style personalized, that's this. If you want something invented, that's a different service.
Ours run $37 to about $120. Personalization here doesn't carry a large premium because the piece is cut to order either way — an unusual name costs the same as a common one. True bespoke work is a different market and priced accordingly.
A few business days in production before it ships, with the exact window on each product page. It can't be pulled forward from stock, because there is no stock — so order with a week's margin ahead of a date rather than a day's.
Personalized pieces are the one category most jewellers can't accept back, and the reason is obvious. Check spelling twice before confirming. Anything that arrives faulty, or cut differently from what you submitted, is ours to put right.
The text, the font, the metal colour, the chain length, and on many styles the stone. Some pieces take up to five names or five stones. What you can't change is the underlying shape — a bar necklace stays a bar.
Engraving is cut into the metal, not printed on it, so it doesn't wear away — it softens over years as edges round off. On gold vermeil the cut goes through the plating to the silver beneath, which shows as a lighter line inside the letters. Some people like that contrast; if you don't, choose silver.
