If you're buying a gift and don't know her taste, yes — popularity is a reasonable proxy for "suits most people". If you're buying for yourself, less so. The best-selling piece is by definition the one most other people also own.

What's the material?

18K gold vermeil at 3.0 microns over solid sterling silver, or gold plated. Industry standard vermeil is 0.2 microns and most gold-plated jewelry is 0.5. Two tiers: vermeil is 3.0 microns of gold over solid sterling silver, and gold plated is 0.5 microns over brass, against a 0.2 micron industry standard, at a lower price.

Are the stones real?

Two pieces in the entire store use genuine natural stones — the Personalized Emerald Name Necklace and the Natural Birthstone Necklace. Everything else is cubic zirconia. If a listing doesn't say natural, it isn't, and we'd rather you knew that before ordering.

What length necklace do most people buy?

18 inches, by a wide margin. It sits below the collarbone, suits most necklines, and carries a pendant of any width. 16 is the next most common. That's the answer if you're buying a gift and can't ask.

How fast do they ship?

Stock pieces in a few business days. Personalized ones add a few more for production, because each is cut to your spelling. Since the best sellers are mostly personalized, allow a week ahead of a date.
