Designed Here in Miami
Every piece starts as a sketch in our Miami studio — the hoops, the chains, the name necklaces, all of it. Then it's made by hand, to order, in that same studio.
A custom name necklace is made after you order it, not before — cut to the spelling you type, in the font you pick. One name or four, with a birthstone, heart or star charm beside it if you want. 18K gold vermeil over solid sterling silver, or gold plated, gold, silver or rose gold, 14 to 20 inches, from $39.
Your spelling goes to a cutter, the shape is cut from sheet sterling silver, then it's filed, polished and plated with gold. Nothing is stamped from a mould, which is why an unusual name costs the same as a common one and why it takes a few days rather than shipping same-day.
Ours are $39 to about $120, depending on font, length and how many names. Prices elsewhere run from $15 to well past $400, and the gap is almost entirely what's underneath the gold. The base metal is the line worth caring about: vermeil sits on solid sterling silver, plated sits on brass at 0.5 microns, against a 0.2 micron industry standard.
Yes. It's cut to what you type, so send it exactly as you want it — capitals where you want capitals, accents included, nothing corrected. We don't approximate spellings. Arabic and Hebrew both work; ask first if you're unsure how a name should be rendered rather than after it's cut.
Custom pieces are the one category most jewellers can't take back, for the obvious reason — nobody else is called that. Check the spelling twice before you confirm. If something arrives faulty or cut wrong against what you submitted, that's ours to fix.
Up to four on the multi-name styles, five on the bar and teardrop pieces. Everyone you'd name, on one chain. Past that the pendant gets wide enough to swing when you walk, which is a different piece than the one you pictured.
A few business days for production, then transit — the exact window is on the product page and at checkout. Order a week ahead of a birthday rather than a day, because a custom piece can't be pulled forward from stock.
