Returns & refunds
30 days to return, unused and in its original packaging with the order slip. Personalized and engraved pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us for a return authorization before shipping anything back; return shipping is the customer’s unless the error is ours. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Most gold-tone jewelry is a thin coat over base metal. Ours starts with solid 925 sterling silver, then adds 3 microns of real 18K gold, about 15 times the 0.2 microns of standard plating, so the warm color holds up to everyday wear. The silver base is gentle on sensitive skin.
