Personalized and engraved pieces, Birthday Discount purchases, gift cards, custom designs, and permanently discounted or marked-down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. All other unworn, unused items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We kindly ask for 3–5 business days to process all orders placed with ground shipping. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or after 12 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed before 12 PM EST with expedited shipping will ship the same day, while orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

All Glamour Jewelry House pieces come with a 2-Year Warranty. If your jewelry experiences production-related issues such as discoloration or breakage within two years of purchase, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
