Glamour Jewelry House provides FREE return shipping for eligible items. Every qualifying order purchased on our website includes a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label. All other unworn, unused items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We kindly ask for 3–5 business days to process all orders placed with ground shipping. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or after 12 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
