30 days to return, unused and in its original packaging with the order slip. Personalized and engraved pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us for a return authorization before shipping anything back; return shipping is the customer’s unless the error is ours. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
