The gold doesn’t look very gold, it’s kind of silvery, and not the same next to my other gold jewelry. One earring has a really tight clasp that is very hard to remove. The other almost falls off. They are a great shape though. My photo shows it next to another gold earring I have

I’ve ordered these before and liked them. I wore them all the time, but ended up losing one. I ordered a new pair as a replacement, and one is a little bit loose in the clasp, and the other one wouldn’t unclasp. I tried multiple times to unclasp the stuck one and it finally broke with the force of trying to get it to open. I reached out prior to breaking it and never received a response.

This was the most useless piece of crap. It was like a child's toy, cheap plastic, but the latch didn't even open, so even a child couldn't pretend to use it as an earring. Not only that, it took forever to ship and they only sent it to me when I complained - then it suddenly magically arrived within 24 hours.

I have never given a poor review on Etsy. While I didn’t need customer service, instead, I needed emergency service! The posts on these earrings were like fishhooks. They damaged my ear and hurt on the way then I couldn’t remove them because they hooked my flash when I tried to pull the post out. I had to use my wire cutters to my ear. DON’T BUY THESE!!!
I am so upset! I have NEVER had this experience with earrings. The post was like a FISHHOOK!!! The post hurt going in and then I couldn’t get it out. it was hooking my flesh on the way out and after 20 minutes of trying Vaseline and patience, ultimately panic, I ended up having to use my wire cutters to cut the post and remove it from my ears!!!!!
