30 days to return, unused and in its original packaging with the order slip. Personalized and engraved pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — contact us within 7 days of delivery.

I think this earring set is absolutely gorgeous. However the low star rating is due to the fact that one of the hoops clasp was busted and the earring fell off and I lost it. I reached out to the company and they were not super helpful- I asked for a replacement earring and they finally said they would ship me one and it has been over a month since the company said they shipped the replacement earring- and NO earring has arrived. Nor did they give me tracking information on the replacement earring. I have messaged
again for that information and nothing but crickets.
Edited: to add after leaving a negative review the seller contacted me and righted the wrong.

What does a star necklace mean?
Guidance, hope and the sense that you are heading somewhere. A single star has been a good-luck charm for as long as people have navigated by them; given as a gift it means "you are going to be fine" or "you were the gold star the whole time". Worn for yourself, it is the pendant for people who do their best thinking after dark. A pavé star adds the sparkle a plain one politely declines.
What does a north star necklace symbolize?
Direction. The north star does not move while everything else in the sky wheels around it, which is why sailors fixed on it and why it became the symbol for finding your way home — or for being that fixed point for someone else. Is this earring real gold?
Yes — it is 18K gold vermeil: a thick layer of real 18K gold bonded over solid 925 sterling silver. Vermeil is an FTC-defined standard, not a marketing word, and ours uses a gold layer at least five times thicker than standard plating. Under it is sterling silver, which is hypoallergenic and worth something on its own. You can also choose the Prestige Gold option (the same 18K gold over a brass core) if you want the look for less and wear it less often. Every vermeil piece is covered by our 2-year warranty.
What does a sun and moon necklace mean?
Balance — the two halves of a whole. Day and night, strength and softness, the loud version of you and the quiet one. As a gift between two people it means "we are different and that is the point"; as a gift for yourself it means you have stopped choosing. Ours hang the sun and the crescent side by side so they catch light at different angles.
What does a crescent moon necklace mean?
Change and growth — the moon is never finished. The crescent is the phase that is becoming, which is why it is the pendant for new chapters, new mothers and anyone mid-transformation. It also has older meanings: femininity, intuition, the cycle of things. Paired with a star it becomes the night sky; alone it is the quietest celestial piece you can wear.
Can I shower or sleep in my gold vermeil earring?
Sleep in it, yes. Shower in it, no. Water, sweat, perfume and hairspray are what age gold vermeil fastest, so the rule is simple: jewelry goes on last and comes off before the shower, the pool or the gym. Put it on after lotion and perfume have dried. When it is off, keep it in the pouch it came in — the pouch is anti-tarnish, not decoration. To clean it, a soft dry cloth; never jewelry dip or anything abrasive, which strips the gold. Treated this way, vermeil keeps its colour for years, which is exactly why we can put a 2-year warranty behind it.
Can I layer star and moon necklaces together?
Yes — they were made for it. Put the smaller pendant on a 16-inch chain and the larger on 18 inches, in the same metal colour, and they read as one night sky rather than two necklaces. Add a plain chain at 20 inches if you want three layers without a third symbol. Star studs or star huggies on the ear finish it without overdoing it.

Are these earrings good for sensitive ears?
Yes. The part that touches your piercing is sterling silver (under 18K gold vermeil), 316L surgical steel, or solid 14K gold depending on the tier you choose — all three are nickel-safe and the same metals piercing studios use for fresh piercings. The reaction most people blame on "gold earrings" is actually nickel or brass in cheap posts, and there is none in ours. If your ears are very reactive, choose the 18K gold vermeil or solid gold option and wipe the posts with a little rubbing alcohol before the first wear.
