I am very unhappy with my experience. I order the necklace with many anticipation time looking forward to it, but when it arrived it was a completely different necklace with a different design and almost plastic looking. I contacted the owner for clarification and a refund and they kept saying they will send me the one I originally ordered. After some days and no news I contacted the owner again and they had forgotten about the whole exchange. At that point, I don't wanted anything from the store but my money back. Honestly I thought it might be a scam.

I understand stores can get busy and having a business of your own can come with many challenges, but I was definitely expecting someone who would at least be on top of them.

What does a four-leaf clover necklace mean?
Luck — and the four leaves are specific about it: faith, hope, love and luck, one per leaf. A real four-leaf clover is roughly a one-in-ten-thousand find, which is why wearing one became shorthand for "I make my own". The gold clover also borrows from the quatrefoil of European jewelry houses, so it reads as classic rather than cute. Wear it for an exam, an interview, a flight, or daily, as a habit.

What does a butterfly necklace symbolize?
Transformation — the whole creature rebuilt itself and came out better. It is the pendant for the year you changed, the friend who got through it, and the daughter becoming someone. What length necklace should I get?
If you are unsure, choose 18 inches — it sits just below the collarbone and works on almost everyone and with almost every neckline. 16 inches sits at the collarbone (the most popular length for dainty pendants and for layering as the top chain). 14 inches is a choker fit. 20 inches drops a few inches lower and is the right choice over a crew neck or as the bottom layer in a stack. This piece comes in 14, 16, 18 and 20 inches. If you are between lengths, go longer — a chain can always sit a little lower, and if a chain you already own comes up short, our 1, 2 and 3 inch extenders fix that in one clip.
