If your jewelry experiences production-related issues such as discoloration or breakage within two years of purchase, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost. To remain eligible, customers should follow our jewelry care instructions to ensure proper use and maintenance.
I have not used them yet. but what I can tell they look like they would be good. i did have to laugh though the box looked like a baby was biting it.
I was nervous about buying jewelry on Etsy but so far they look amazing. Screwing in the 2mm was a little hard but it’s only because they’re so small.
This seller is awesome, and this is the second time I’ve purchased from them. I need fully gold earrings, not plated, because my ears are really sensitive, and these were great. I wore the original ones every day for 2 years and then decided I wanted to get a bigger size. I originally put an incorrect address, and the seller worked with me to make sure my items got to the right place. I have a bracelet, necklace, and two pairs of earrings. Also great customer service, if I need anything else I’ll be coming back to this seller.
Ever since I got them, I have not taken them off and I haven’t experienced any tarnishing or infections so that just goes to show how great the quality is
Just like the photo! I got the 3 mm size and it goes perfectly with my other earrings. The back was a little difficult for me but once I got it I don’t have to worry about losing it.
The seller is SOOOO generous and kind! I got another pair from them in the size 2mm and I didn’t really like how small they were and when I returned them, they gave me the size 3mm! I was going to buy the new size anyway but it was such a good surprise that they did. I will definitely be buying more jewelry from them.

I think this earring set is absolutely gorgeous. However the low star rating is due to the fact that one of the hoops clasp was busted and the earring fell off and I lost it. I reached out to the company and they were not super helpful- I asked for a replacement earring and they finally said they would ship me one and it has been over a month since the company said they shipped the replacement earring- and NO earring has arrived. Nor did they give me tracking information on the replacement earring. I have messaged
again for that information and nothing but crickets.
Edited: to add after leaving a negative review the seller contacted me and righted the wrong.
