The necklace arrived broken. I messaged the seller 11/4/25 and 11/10/2025 to get a replacement. I basically got answers back that were automated and something like oh we will look into this. Here it is 11/14/2025 still no updates. I’ve asked for my money back we will see what happens next.
It is beautiful. I love the way it looks on. I am giving 5 stars for how beautiful it is, however, I may have confused this item with another similar item in that I thought this was gold-filled, not gold-plated. At this price, I thought it would be gold-filled. I like to wear my necklaces 24/7 so I usually only buy gold-filled items.
