I placed an order on a Sunday with a special font request. Late the following afternoon I got a response that they would follow up on if my font request could be done. Wednesday came and I still had not received any form of communication or update so I sent another message asking if they had heard back yet. A few days later the next thing I knew I got an email saying my item had shipped, but yet I had not been informed of if the font was able to be used or what the outcome was of my request. Luckily, when I received the item they were able to use the font that I did send in. I just wish this had been communicated prior, so I knew that I would be receiving the order that I wanted and had requested. The necklace did turn out great and does exceed my expectations. I was just not happy with the lack of communication.

The necklace was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I received many compliments on it. Unfortunately, it broke after only two weeks of normal use, which was really disappointing considering how much I loved it. The chain is very soft and low quality where it connects to the names. I wish the durability matched the quality of the look. Wasted $60

The necklace itself is okay. Really hard to put on, chain is shorter than I expected. Unfortunately because the letters (at least in the font I chose) are flat and not raised, it looks cheap. I wanted to love it but was just not for me. Shipping was fast after ordering, beautifully packaged but have not worn but once and likely will not.
