- Ready-to-Ship & Engraving Items — shipped within 24 hours (next business day).
- Personalized & Handcrafted Items — 3–6 business days. Each piece is handmade by our team in Miami and requires time and care to perfect.
Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods. Because every personalized piece is made to order, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order is placed. Please double-check your personalization details, spelling, and shipping address before completing your purchase. Most personalization options are case-sensitive.

United States
- Free standard shipping on all US orders.
- Standard delivery via USPS: 2–4 business days after shipment.
- Priority & Expedited Shipping available for ready-to-ship items only. If your order includes personalized or made-to-order pieces, express shipping options will not appear at checkout.
- Expedited shipping may incur additional charges at checkout.
International
We ship worldwide using the most reliable and economical carriers for each destination.
- Canada — Canada Post: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom — Royal Mail: 5–10 business days
- Australia — Australia Post: 7–14 business days
- Europe — Local carrier: 8–12 business days
- Rest of World — Local carrier: 7–14 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. For lost or damaged international packages, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
