Shop solid goldOur everyday tier. 316L surgical stainless steel — genuinely waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic. Built for people who live in their jewelry. No taking it off before the gym or shower.
Shop stainless steel18K Gold Vermeil — what it actually is
Vermeil (pronounced ver-MAY) is an FTC-defined standard: a thick layer of 18K gold bonded over a .925 sterling silver base. Two premium materials — not one cheap one dressed up.
Regular gold plating uses brass or zinc as the base and applies a gold layer so thin (0.5 microns) it wears off in weeks. Our vermeil uses a minimum 2.5-micron gold layer — 5x thicker — over sterling silver that is hypoallergenic and valuable in its own right.
The result is jewelry that holds its color for 2+ years, feels different in your hand, and is worth giving as a real gift — not something that turns green in a month.
The quality difference, measured
Our 2.5-micron coating is at least 5x thicker than standard gold plating — visible richness you can feel the moment you hold it.
With proper care, 18K Gold Vermeil keeps its color for 2+ years of daily wear. That confidence is why we offer a 2-year warranty on every piece.
92.5% pure silver. Hypoallergenic. Substantial. A base that is valuable in its own right — not the brass used in budget jewelry.
Five materials. All the facts.
We carry all of these — so we have nothing to hide about how they compare. Pick the right one for you.

How every piece is made
Made to order in our studio — not mass-produced in a factory. Every personalized piece goes through five steps before it reaches you.
Every piece starts with the right base — sterling silver for Vermeil, brass for Prestige Gold, solid gold alloy, or surgical stainless steel.
Your name, initial, birthstone, or engraving is added before plating — so the detail is part of the piece, not an afterthought.
For Vermeil: electroplated in 18K gold at minimum 2.5 microns. For Prestige Gold: 2-micron 18K layer. Multiple passes for rich, even coverage.
Every piece is inspected before it ships. If it does not meet our standard, it is reworked. No exceptions.
Wrapped in our signature packaging with an anti-tarnish pouch — ready to give or keep.
Caring for your jewelry
These tips apply to 18K Gold Vermeil, Prestige Gold, and solid gold pieces. Stainless steel? Wear it in the shower, the gym, the ocean — it does not need any of this.
Take off before showering, swimming, or washing dishes. Prolonged water exposure is the number one cause of fading in any gold-coated jewelry.
Apply perfume, lotion, and hairspray first, then put on your jewelry. Chemicals in these products accelerate tarnishing over time.
When not wearing, store in the anti-tarnish pouch included with your order. Keeps air and moisture away from the gold surface.
If needed, use a soft dry cloth to buff the surface. Never use jewelry cleaner or abrasives — they strip the gold layer.
Sweat contains salts that wear down gold coatings faster. Remove gold pieces before workouts — or switch to our stainless steel range for active wear.
Every Vermeil piece comes with our 2-year warranty. If your jewelry does not hold up with normal care, we will make it right — no questions asked.
We chose the harder, better way.
We could have sold cheap gold-plated jewelry and charged less. Instead we offer four material options — because different customers need different things, and none of them deserve jewelry that falls apart. The piece you order today should still look beautiful years from now.
