The same as everything else: 18K gold vermeil at 3.0 microns over solid sterling silver, or gold plated. Industry standard vermeil is 0.2 microns and typical gold plating is 0.5 — that spec doesn't change between collections.

Almost never, and we'd rather be direct. Every stone in this store is cubic zirconia except two pieces — the Personalized Emerald Name Necklace and the Natural Birthstone Necklace, both of which say "natural" on the listing. If a listing doesn't say natural, it isn't.

The ones designed for it, yes — the product page shows the fields if so. Anything without a text or stone option is made as shown. Adding engraving to a piece not built for it isn't something we can do after the fact.
